Thank you for the quick reply.

It is work the way you described it, however when it has a
match of two different names it immediately interpets the
second digit as a directive.  For instance if the second
digit of the name you are dialing is 2 than the AA sends you
to the 2nd option without telling you where you are going.
As a caller I would assume that I would need to dial a few
digits, which is what is happening.
