equipment:
sipx 4.2.0, pap and pap2t ata's with latest firmware. dialplan
routes everything but florida intrastate out level3
florida intrastate calls get routed out voip.ms.
pap's have codex FIXED at G.711, and neither the ATA, nor the
(analog fax) directly support T.38 fax.
Try these settings. I believe they have worked for me in the past.
