I think VoSIP and SVoIP are two different things. VoSIP is "Voice over Secure 
IP" and SVoIP is "Secure VoIP". VoSIP is basically
running unsecure VoIP over any protected IP network, as in IPSEC or any other 
VPN, where SVoIP is securing the SIP/RTP itself over
any untrusted IP network. 

I think the later, SVoIP is what SipX will do, providing TLS for SIP and SRTP 
e2e between supporting endpoints. At least that's what
I hope for... =)
