Polycom firmware 3.2.4 is finally out http://support.polycom.com/PolycomService/support/us/support/voice/soundpoint_ip/soundpoint_ip550.html
My initial tests haven't had any issue. With any luck I'll be upgrading all phones on my install relatively soon.
