8200 will not work. that is I think a known issue with 4.2.1. What you can
do instead is create a phantom user with no phone, send it to that user with
a permanent call forward to 8200 (try dialing 8200 from a registered phone,
and try calling the phantom extension that is forwarded). I think if you can
"dial" it without the hunt group, the hunt group will honor it. This is also
to say a vm transfer in 4.2.1 doesn't particularly work well either.
