On 4.2.1 I don't think you can route inbound to port 5060 and have
sipxbridge anchor the media (in that it gets disconnected during a transfer,
etc.). T

If I do a static IP to sipxbridge for port 5060 for inbound calls, its not
anchored. It will fail on transfer. Registered or not invites to pot 5080
work fine.

While this might be different in 4.4 (very most recent build, since it was
JUST marked as resolved), it's not the case when running 4.2.x or earlier.
So.... having tested this THOROUGHLY I can only suspect you've been in the
dev version so long you didn't see he said 4.2.1, understandable.

The only time I have EVER seen ITSP calls work to port 5060 with remote
users is when I use an external SBC. I have yet to try the build from last
friday.
