I haven't tried that. Rebooting the phone fixes it for a while. I'll be back in the office tomorrow and give it a shot. I had no idea there was an infrared sensor. I thought there was a physical connector. -----Original Message----- From: "Josh M. Make sure the infrared sensor path is clean and free of debris on both the phone and the sidecar (you'll see it when you pull the sidecar off. It's a small dark plastic spot). Does a reseat of the sidecar cause it to start behaving normally for a while? -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Matthew Kitchin (usenet/public) Sent: Tuesday, February 08, 2011 8:13 AM To: Discussion list for users of sipXecs software Subject: Re: [sipx-users] Polycom firmware 3.2.4 is out My corporate office (180 phones) and 2 small remote offices are both doing well. My only issue is the one 650 with a sidecar. The sidecar keeps locking up, dying, or showing incorrect information. It seems to have done this with every firmware we have tried except 3.1.3c. Other than that, everything has been perfect. I'm actually finishing an install as I write this. -----Original Message----- From: Philippe Laurent <[email protected]> Sender: [email protected] Date: Tue, 8 Feb 2011 09:03:13 To: Discussion list for users of sipXecs software<[email protected]> Reply-To: Discussion list for users of sipXecs software <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [sipx-users] Polycom firmware 3.2.4 is out _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/ _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/ _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/
