Has there been any resolution to this? I've had the exact
same problem and can't figure it out.

I'm running Sipx 4.2.1-018971 with the AudioCodes MP-114 FXO
5.80A firmware. I cannot get sipx to send the configuration
to the MP114 even though it is suppose to. I have saved the
.ini file to my local drive then have uploaded it to the AC
device via it's web interface and that seems to work fine
for that part, but...

The biggest problem that is driving me crazy is that I
cannot get it to disconnect if the PSTN hangs up first!
I've tried polarity reversal and current disconnect but
neither of them work. Very frustrating.

If anyone has a good progress tones file that works with
POTS lines from AT&T then I would really like to try that.
Thanks.

Here are my notes on a MP-118 with 5.40A.013.004 and my ini file is attached:

 Debugging AudioCodes MP-118 FXO

http://www.abptech.com/support/faqs/faq_Audiocodes_Guide.html

Enable Hold=>True

The main line is the only phone that can call out. No matter what we do we get the dial tone but are unable to process an outgoing call.
Hold Format=>SendOnly
same problem
Enable Hold =>False , burn.
burn and reset.

uploaded usa_tones_12.ini
added the ntp server back.
dial mode=>one stage

reset ini file as the usa_tones_12.ini seemed to have wiped out everything.

dtmfvolume -15 =>0
other dtmf volume -11=>0

Enable Continuity Tones =>enable
Silence Detection Method none=>all
deleted usa_tones.dat
Enable Polarity Reversal=>true

Using PRACK may significantly increase the amount of state that the gateway thinks it needs to keep for early dialogs, which would be consistent with the resource errors that were in your logs. To be sure, you'd have to ask Audiocodes. In any event, for what you're doing PRACK offers no added value, so leaving it off is just fine.
