I think you have a misunderstanding on the configuration of the Audiocodes devices. They are not auto provisioning. They are managed, in that they have a template that has been prepared for them. However, you have to move the INI file that is created by that template to the device yourself, as it appears you are now doing.
I've had a similar problems with some trunks not disconnecting, which I could not correct in the configurations that are created by sipXecs. There is a ton of optional configurations in the Audiocodes that is accessed via another web interface on the units that is hidden. In there is a configuration for adjusting the voltage level for detection. I've had to play with it at times to get disconnect to work correctly. Unfortunately, I don't have my notes on that with me at this time, but your Distributor Support can probably get you the details. Look for a parameter for Current Level. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Mike Haun Sent: Monday, April 04, 2011 4:21 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [sipx-users] AC MP-114 FXO auto provisioning problem Content-Type: text/plain; charset="utf-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit Organization: SipXecs Forum In-Reply-To: <[email protected]> X-FUDforum: 08063afcdd00a6e76393c5b9527381e8 <58376> Message-ID: <[email protected]> Has there been any resolution to this? I've had the exact same problem and can't figure it out. I'm running Sipx 4.2.1-018971 with the AudioCodes MP-114 FXO 5.80A firmware. I cannot get sipx to send the configuration to the MP114 even though it is suppose to. I have saved the .ini file to my local drive then have uploaded it to the AC device via it's web interface and that seems to work fine for that part, but... The biggest problem that is driving me crazy is that I cannot get it to disconnect if the PSTN hangs up first! I've tried polarity reversal and current disconnect but neither of them work. Very frustrating. If anyone has a good progress tones file that works with POTS lines from AT&T then I would really like to try that. Thanks. _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/ _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/
