There are two Advanced settings on the Grandstream that can affect attended transfers. The first is Enable Call Features. It must be set to Yes. The second is Disable Call-Waiting. It has been some time since I have worked with the phone, but I believe that option needs to be set to No.
I would check those two settings to see if they resolve the problem.. I'll be glad to look at them. Great! how do i go about getting the sip traces for you? Sorry I don't know how to - but am new to the whole IPPBX stuff and trying to understand / work out where everything is. And for Michael - the only options I can see for invite are - 1 Semi-attended Transfer Mode: RFC5589 or Send REFER with early dialog 2 Force INVITE: No Yes (Always refresh with INVITE instead of UPDATE) 3 Check SIP User ID for incoming INVITE: No Yes 4 Refer-To Use Target Contact: No Yes (not sure of that one) And for the server i have 4.2.1 and the phones are running Program-- 1.2.5.3 Bootloader-- 1.1.6.9 Thanks for the help guys I do appreciate it!
