Thanks Dave - I have tried both of these - but I guess I must have messed something else up as it's still not working. Unfortunately I am away for a few weeks now so I will try on my return to get this to work. Thanks to all who have suggested so far. Laurie

The first is Enable Call Features. It must be set to Yes. The second is Disable Call-Waiting. And for Michael - the only options I can see for invite are - 1 Semi-attended Transfer Mode: RFC5589 or Send REFER with early dialog 2 Force INVITE: No Yes (Always refresh with INVITE instead of UPDATE) 3 Check SIP User ID for incoming INVITE: No Yes 4 Refer-To Use Target Contact: No Yes (not sure of that one) And for the server i have 4.2.1 and the phones are running Program-- 1.2.5.3 Bootloader-- 1.1.6.9 Thanks for the help guys I do appreciate it!
