        Thanks for sharing these variations.  It gave me the idea to add one 
more option to my dial plan:

Prefix: 607 + 7_digits

Resulting Call: 607 + Matched_Suffix

This solves a problem where people attempt to place a callback to a previous 
inbound local call, where the callerID was stored in the phone as 
"607-555-1212" (i.e. no leading "1" but including an area code).
