If you're using SRV try changing the SIP server to the same as your realm (leave outbound proxy the same)

I created an user with the extension 90 and sip password intercom (This is for testing and this server is not exposed to the public network) pbx.fl215.sipx.voip is at 10.81.9.5 I can't even get it to register. Their config guides are here: http://www.valcom.com/techsupport/ip_solutions/config-guides.htm The guide doesn't seem to tell me a lot.
