I tried that. See below. It still isn't registering. Sipx is the DNS server and it is the default setup, so I believe I am using SRV.
I wish there was some sort of debugging on the Valcom. It has a web interface, but I can't figure out the login.
By the way, I completely made up the value for Auto Destination. I'm not even sure what that means.

If you’re using SRV try changing the SIP server to the same as your realm (leave outbound proxy the same)

Subject: [sipx-users] Valcom VIP-120 intercom setup

I'm trying to get one of these setup with sipx 4.4.
Can anyone nudge me in the right direction? I think I have included most of the relevant conifg screens below.
The server is 4.4. I created an user with the extension 90 and sip password intercom
(This is for testing and this server is not exposed to the public network)
pbx.fl215.sipx.voip is at 10.81.9.5
I can't even get it to register.
Their config guides are here:
http://www.valcom.com/techsupport/ip_solutions/config-guides.htm
The guide doesn't seem to tell me a lot.
I will call them next, but I thought I would check here first since there are some people on here that have had good luck with these.

Thanks,
Matthew
