If the call is going to "extension" not "hunt group", will "*78<hunt-group-number>" pick up the call?.
And moreover, what if the call is going to the phone, that is in several hunt groups? Which number should one dial to pick up the call? And I don't want to remember "hunt group number" to pick up a call. There is an issue in the tracker http://track.sipfoundry.org/browse/XX-4775 regarding this feature, marked "won't fix". I would vote for reviving it. Is there a chance to include it into the roadmap? Thanks and regards, Nikolay. From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Josh M. You can pickup a call that is in a huntgroup ringing pattern... *78 & hunt group pilot #. There is no other regular pickup group, just directed call pickup. It used to be in the system but it would cause much traffic as every phone in the system would have to be queried to see what phone is ringing. Is there such a thing in sipX? I've looked, but perhaps not in the right places...
