I'm sure this was because the system was 4.0.4 and upgraded to 4.2.0
then 4.2.1.
I'm going to have to migrate a server from 4.0.4 to 4.4 pretty soon. I'm
planning to take it to 4.2.1 first unless someone tells me otherwise.
Can you post the exact repo file you had to use to get it from 4.2.1 to 4.4?
The CentOS-Base.repo fixed my upgrade problem but the mirrors didn't
work (had to use the baseurl) and the "$releasever" inside the file
had to be changed to "5" in all cases. Don't really understand the
last one. Seen it many times but sometimes $releasever works. If you
know why, let me know otherwise "oh well".
