Hello everyone! I am new to the world of sipx coming from asterisk/freepbx. I have just been playing with a single standalone 4.4 server in a testing environment for a couple of weeks. I have everything fully updated as of yesterday. I am using Cisco 7941 and 7961 phones with SIP61.8-4-3S and SIP41.8-4-3S P03-8-11-00 firmware.
I have a single queue for now at 3203. I have two agents at 3210 and 3212 who are successfully logged into the queue. I have another user at 3202. All phones are registered to a single user and can dial each other directly. Agents can log in and out just fine. When 3202 calls the queue, it rings if there is an agent logged in. However, the agent phone does not ring. The call waits for the timeout then moves to the other agent. That agent's phone does not ring either. If I look into the agent's call records, they show missed calls from the queue. Can anyone point me in the right direction to look? As I said, I am new and I am still not sure of what info gets logged into which logfile. Thanks! Mike Kelly
