While that might be a new "undocumented feature" (it won't typically flow upstream to a ITSP or PSTN trunk so you know), I would think the preferred behavior would be to display the name of the hunt group on an internal sip call. This sounds like a JIRA-Feature enhancement to me though, because the line itself (3737) is not registered, and the proxy will need to inject the "ITHelpDesk" name into the "To:"... or simply just use "3737" with no name...
