global is the publicly advertised IP address. All those settings are correct.
what you should be comparing is the itsp account settings for the skype account. I would think it would say "use-global-addressing=true" you ought to create two skype entries (gateways) with different names, to compare this /etc/sipxpbx/sipxbridge.xml has been projected.
