oh yeah, that too.. polycom requires a reachanble/function tftp or ftp (with sipx) connection to the provisioning server. If those are unavailable it slows it down.
a dhcp server (or multiple) tend to really cause issues. An incorrectly formatted config file or slow DNS... Did I forget anything? Are these local or remote? Hey wait, your at wife's Alma mater!
