Thanks. The wiring in that building is not the newest.
The ping times are good and the interface shows no errors, but network 
trouble was definitely something I was thinking at the very beginning.
I will get one of our vendors to drop a new cable, jack, and everything 
else in directly from the switch to this users desk.
