The system/domain and Internet Calling both look correct. And there is only one single GW involved.

All servers are on the same MPLS network using the same SIP trunk. One new deployment is having problems with incoming calls. The INVITE looks perfectly normal, goes via sipxBridge and sipxProxy to sipRegistrar, but I cannot see that the To: number is stripped in the dial plan. The call fails, one time it looped back out to the SIP trunk, one time it failed with 407 Proxy Authentication needed The dial plan looks correct, very simple and works on all the other servers (with different DDI ranges of course). Can I get a hint as to what could be causing this and which logs are relevant. I have the three above mentioned logs in debug plus pcap of the call. Regards, Sven If the call is going back out then you should have a look at System|Domain and make sure the IP's and domain names are there. Also look at System|Internet Calling. Do you have more than one gateway to the same ITSP? -- Regards -------------------------------------- Gerald Drouillard Technology Architect Drouillard & Associates, Inc. http://www.Drouillard.biz
