I am having a very strange issue with calls picked up on hunts groups. I am running version sipXecs (4.4.0- 2011-06-03EDT13:30:08 ip-10-72-38-198) with Snom 821 phones and Audiocodes MP114 Gateway. I have defined a huntgroup with groupID 31 and the group is defined as follows:
1. Initially called extension 28 2. If no response extension 21 after 30 The problem is as follows: 1. The snom 821 phones cannot pick on the hunt group. The pick-up dial sequence is *7831. This does not function on the snom 821 phone nor on the softphone I have installed on my laptop when I am in the office. The problem is compiled by the following: 1. I have a IPSEC VPN connection between my home and the office. When I am remote with my softphone the call pickup sequence works perfectly. I am confused and seeking assistance in the resolution to this strange problem. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,
