Tony has it right... Don't confuse how you initiate a SIP conversation vs. how the itsp initiates a SIP conversation.
You can initiate and send to them on 5060 and your firewall remembers what's going on. The need to send to you on 5080 for sipXbridge. They can send from whatever port they'd like.
