I know this has been brought up before… I’m tired of spending $2,500/year for the software we are using to integrate our legacy sites and sipXecs for client bill backs. Has anyone written anything for billing purposes that can take CDRs from various locations. My needs are very basic: simple reporting – who called whom – Departmental billing.
If no one has done this – I will likely write one. If there is interest, I’m open to suggestions/need – otherwise – I’ll just tailor it to my needs. I’d like to do it web based – but odds are, I’ll be too strapped for time and may default to access.
