RSI had call accounting software that was certified to work with Nortel
SCS system.
Not sure if it still works with the latest SipX version or whether its
any cheaper that what your using now.

I’m tired of spending $2,500/year for the software we are using to
integrate our legacy sites and sipXecs for client bill backs. Has
anyone written anything for billing purposes that can take CDRs from
various locations. My needs are very basic: simple reporting – who
called whom – Departmental billing.
If no one has done this – I will likely write one. If there is
interest, I’m open to suggestions/need – otherwise – I’ll just tailor it
to my needs. I’d like to do it web based – but odds are, I’ll be too
strapped for time and may default to access.
In my scenario, even if it were on the roadmap, I wouldn’t be able to
use a sipXecs only product as I have several legacy pbxes that I need to
keep integrated into my billing needs.
