Hi, I have a strange issue with a Polycom Soundpoint IP 650 (3.1.3c) and a Plantronics Headsets running at SipX 4.2.1.
The user can choose a ringer for incoming calls to users he is watching with BLFs (Attendant Ringer). The ringer is already set to Silent Ringer. Even though when I connect my Plantronics Headset to the phone there is a sound on my headset when one of the BLFs has an incoming call. Does anybody know how to turn this off?
