I’ve updated my phone to 3.2.4. In my environment it works fine. The headset
problem is gone.

But in another test environment I have the following problem:

My phone has two lines. When I just dial (without using the line buttons)
the phone tries to call the destination with the first line. Cancels the
call and calls again from the second line.

Invite ->, <- Trying, -> Cancel

Between the 100 Trying and the Cancel message are 70 milliseconds. Is this a
timing thing?

The two environments are similar. Both SipXecs 4.2.1, both Polycom SP 650
3.2.4b, both phones with two lines and both were on 3.1.3c before they were
upgraded to 3.2.4b.

Any ideas?

3.2.5 has problems of it's own though, mainly the "chirping" bug that
appears when audible voicemail notification is enabled.

3.2.4revB currently has the best user experience.

Thanks Josh!

That helps a lot. FW 3.3.x is not yet supported due to changes at the
configuration file format, right?

The only way to turn it off is to upgrade to firmware 3.2.x (current
supported version of 3.2.x is 3.2.4revB)

This was a bug in 3.1.x firmwares

Hi,

I have a strange issue with a Polycom Soundpoint IP 650 (3.1.3c) and a
Plantronics Headsets running at SipX 4.2.1.

The user can choose a ringer for incoming calls to users he is watching with
BLFs (Attendant Ringer). The ringer is already set to Silent Ringer. Even
though when I connect my Plantronics Headset to the phone there is a sound
on my headset when one of the BLFs has an incoming call.

Does anybody know how to turn this off?

Thanks a lot!
