Are there any plans (or is there a way to tell) what path a call is using. i.e. for a long distance call, we use voip.ms, we use our Verizon PRI as a backup - currently, I can't (or don't know how) to tell what gateway a call went out.
* For bill back purposes - do we charge them 1.25 cents per minute or 8 cents for the call * If the internet connection for sipXecs is down - we don't always know - if we monitored the current calls screen, we could see that it was failing over to the next gateway * Just seems like a good thing to know Nathaniel Watkins IT Director Garrett County Government 203 South 4th Street, Room 210 Oakland, MD 21550 Telephone: 301-334-5001 Fax: 301-334-5021 E-mail: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> ________________________________ This message and any files transmitted with it are intended only for the individual(s) or entity named.
