again everyone keeps takling about Screen Size... what i am looking for is one of the line keys to also be a shared parking lot speed button that parks the call.. lights up... and press the same key to pickup... not where you use EFK to park the call... then see a monitoring key... and then different key to pick... if anyone here has ever used 3cx they have something called shared parking lots... its exactly what i am explaining and very willing to pay for.. i also have customers who are willing to chip in.
