Tony technically this is not correct. Polycom has a one touch transfer
function that can be used with RLS BLF. The problem is that sipXconfig
doesn't provision RLS on polycom phones the way that polycom expects for
this to function.

There was a bit of discussion about this a while back on the users list:

If someone took the time to redo the way sipXconfig provisioned RLS for
Polycom phones then this could be accomplished.
