I would suspect your firewall is not doing a symmetrical nat which will break the audio ::or:: the itsp has a nat function turned on ::or:: your firewall (whatever it is) has a sip alg or proxy functioned enabled.
In all of the above the issue is a nat/firewall issue. The ITSP trunk under account settings has a pretty clear label for gateway (account>advanced): TSP server address(Default: your outbound itsp gateway)If the ITSP specifies a server address or name or an outbound proxy, enter it here. If nothing is specified, the route to the ITSP's server (outbound proxy) is determined by DNS lookup on the ITSP domain. sip.ca2.voip.ms is the Toronto, Canada server. Please see your voip.ms account information for other servers. As for your x-lte configuration, I sure hope you are not trying to register BY ip address and have the PC using sipx as its dns server or at least made sure dns is right and did your preflight checklist.
