Thank you, I will temporarily put the server on one of my public ip's and test it, will report back. In regards to X-lite I only used it to connect straight to the itsp as a test, to see if the behavior was the same. Turns out it was the same behavior- when I didn't configure outbound proxy on X-lite, the other party could not hear me.
