I'm working on building a few new Auto Attendants, but I have a requirement that I am unsure how to build out on sipXecs (4.4). I need to be able to restrict the AA to allow the caller to enter only a subset of extensions.
For example, we have extensions 200-220 is "Administration", 221-240 is "Client Services", etc. we would like to allow the caller to enter any extension number in Administration, but prevent direct dialing to Client Services extensions. (Client Services should only be reachable by a menu option to that directs to an ACD queue). Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
