We recently had to upgrade our client's phone system From Sipexs 4.0.1-015823 to SipXecs 4.4.0 because they were unable place or receive outside calls. I had submitted an email on that issue with subject of "Re: [sipx-users] Attempt To Make Callls But Never Successully Invite Sent Over and Over" We were able to get the phone system functioning again by installing 4.4 on a virtual machine. However their voicemail isn't working and they had a Ringtone setup for each individual company so they can easily distinguish which company is receiving the call. After the restore the ringtones are no longer working. We tried to restore the latest voicemail config that was backed up on the 4.0.1-015823 system, but it says it was invalid or incomplete. On the ringtone issue, they have tried to setup the ringtones as they had before and they say it appears to accept the changes, but all calls ring the same no matter what. Are there any compatibility issues with the voicemail between these versions and what do we need to do to resolve the voicemail issues. Does anyone have any suggestions on the Ringtone issues? They are using PolyCom SoundPoint IP 650 and 330 phones. I do not know what firmware each has yet or if they are all the same, but can get that if needed.
