Music on Hold is supported for all phones that implement the Music On Hold
service IETF draft.

The question is whether or not there is an easy way to get that value into
the device. I am not sure what SNOM devices you are using, but Mike is
right, the templates would be the easiest way. Right now the newer SNOM
models are not in sipxconfig. I am not sure, given the interoperability of
them, whether anyone really adopts them in great numbers anyway.
