Thanks Tony and Michael, We use the older 300 series SNOMs, they work well with the default template from SipX. However we also have quite a few Unidata WPU7700 WiFi phones that seem not to work with the personal MOH. There is indeed also the SipXbridge. The MOH is witched on there. When I enable the personal MOH on one of the WPU phones, a caller from outside, so one that is going through SipXbridge, gets the system MOH instead of the personal MOH. It would be great if we could find a way to play the personal MOH to the outside party. Would enabling/disbaling the SipXbridge MOH do something there? What would the 'help' to the template be?
