Currently running sipx 4.2 and planning on an upgrade to 4.4 in the near future. I've run into an issue where the status lights on my Polycom phones stop functioning correctly after awhile. It seems to only be related to certain phones, but without any consistency. After a clean restart of the presence system, status lights show correctly for a period of time, but eventually begin to either stick "on call" or do not light up at the appropriate time. This is a large installation with 700+ users.
