I am looking to have mobile users being able to video conference with pc users, all of them on sipx. Not sure what you mean by 'jumping between things'. I'm trying to keep everything tied into sipx. > That's softphone functionality in our world... not to say that someday we > won't support this through xmpp... Someday, I'll move on to another method but if I can find a solution now, that would be great :). I am hoping someone would know about the integration. If I create an account on openfire for example, does that account get created in the sipx database? I realize it would not have any did associated with it though. > If you have sufficient bandwidth (wifi) and the softphone clients on both > ends support it (and have the same codecs), it should work. > > On Thu, Oct 6, 2011 at 11:15 AM, [email protected] <[email protected]> > wrote: >> On Thu, 6 Oct 2011 10:57:27 -0400, Michael Picher wrote: >> it's not bastardized in any way... >> i like xabber on my tablet / phone. >> > >> That's good news.
