We use the Supermicro SC502L-200B servers with 4G and two drives from here:

To wall mount them we use these:
http://www.rackmountsolutions.net/Wallmount_Rack_V_Series.asp
We also mount the Audiocodes gateways on these, get the 4U version and install 
a switch and 24port patch panel.
