Hi, the old acd system of sipxecs supported different answer modes (circular, linear, longest idle, ring all).
As far as I know OpenACD works Circular with Wrap-up time etc. Is OpenACD able to behave like the old acd system configured with answer mode “Ring all” (one incoming call, all phones with matching skills ring. Other incoming calls at this time will hear music. After one of the agents received the call, the free phones will ring again.).
