Sorry, in the US its actually against the law to fool around with caller id stuff, carriers arent supposed to do that kind of thing. Ask them to fix it! 3. IVR during call progress - That would be correct, because that is the service they are actually connected to during the transfer (MOH, AA, VM, etc.). Changing that makes no sense to me, because it is programatically correct. Making it incorrect makes no sense (at least to me).
