The Spectralink 8400s work perfectly. I started a wiki page for them, http://wiki.sipfoundry.org/display/sipXecs/Configuring+Polycom+Spectralink+8400+WiFi+phones but I have been slammed since my company was purchased and I have not had time to finish it. I can assist in getting you going on one if you want to purchase one for testing.
