Please raise the log level of the sip proxy to DEBUG and attach the 
info.  From the dump file, the error "was too many hops" so it seems 
that the INVITE gets stuck ping-ponging between sipxbridge and the 
proxy.  Make sure that your dial-plans doesnt route back the DID number 
to the sip-trunk.
