Hi, With the holiday coming up, I want to set up a holiday/emergency AA that is the main AA for incoming calls. I can then change this AA greeting based on holiday or emergency conditions. I have this AA set up to not repeat, short timeouts, and transfer on failures is set to forward to my second, main AA.
When calls come in, they go to the emergency AA OK, but after the greeting plays and it times out, I get "Please hold while we transfer your call", then "This extension is not valid.", then it hangs up.
