When I go into the SIPfoundry Web admin portal, I cannot see a session ID
added to that link. Can someone point me to where this goes wrong?

Nope, there is no way it would work. Whoever created the link(s) pasted them
from their browser, and it had a session id attached. Once the session went
stale, the link stopped working.

I would try pinging Douglas (I say him, but I don't know who is actually in
charge of it), it can be easily changed, but if you don't have access to
make the changes thats a different matter.

And is that generally working for people? I always get a permission
error even after clearing my cache.

You don't have permission to access
/;jsessionid=2BE6D31E3050326C2016BFFAD5CBC0FD on this server.
