They told me that the contact field for 100 Trying must contain the pilot number, and that for outgoing INVITE, the from and contact must be pilot number while PAI can be used for individual CLI.
So many ITSPs have different ways of identifying caller (for billing purpose) and for presenting CLI. But this is the first time I have heard of someone complaing about the 100 trying. The GW is username/password authenticated, not IP. That often causes a bit more hassle. Any ideas how I can set the contact field as they wish?
