Just so everyone is clear, stun.ezuce.com is not a server, it's simply a
pointer to a functional public stun server.

If anybody has a suggestion for a better one please let me know.  At the
moment it is pointing to stunserver.org (132.177.123.13 when i ping
stun.ezuce.com).

For best results always set to static and put your external IP address in
there.  The only purpose of STUN here is to try and automatically determine
the outside IP of the sipXecs server.  So if you tell it manually it
removes the need to do it automagically.
