You can't do it at this time... STUN or Static IP only. We'd have to ask the dev's what the impact of a DNS address would be. I can't see why it would by that big a deal. Put in a DNS name, refresh it's IP every day (or some programmable frequency).
Maybe you should create a feature request. It seems to me this would be more reliable than 'some public' STUN server.
