What type of hardware is the server? Was it an ISO based sipx install? ------Original Message------ From: Scott Howell Sender: [email protected] To: [email protected] ReplyTo: Discussion list for users of sipXecs software Subject: Re: [sipx-users] How to troubleshoot phone registrations Sent: Dec 31, 2011 12:52 PM

The phones are both local and they were configured by sipX. Also, when rebooting the phones they will not always re-register the first time. On a few instances I have to reboot the phone at least twice and they will register again. So, I expect that you may be on to something Gerald with the server sleeping. When I went to the GUI of sipX this morning the first time it took quite a while to come up and there was alot of disk activity which usually isn't the case. What logs should I look at to investigate this possibility? The phones are running bootrom 4.1.3.0052. _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/ _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/
